11. April, English Theatre Berlin | International Performing Arts Center: PARATAXE presentation with DARIO DESERRI (Italy/Berlin) and his translator Anna Giannessi as well as RASHA ABBAS (Syria/Berlin) and her German publisher Nikola Richter.
19. May, LCB: PARATAXE SYMPOSIUM 1: PUERTO BERLÍN: At the symposium “Puerto Berlín – Latin American Berlin authors” the Literary Colloquium Berlin, Literaturport, the Berliner Literarische Aktion and the guest curators Timo Berger and Rike Bolte together with nearly 30 guest experts discussed the history and present of Latin American literature in & of Berlin.
8. June, PANDA Theater: PARATAXE presentation with SONIA SOLARTE (Columbia/Berlin) and IAN ORTI (Canada/Berlin), special guest Jake Schneider (editor of the literary SAND magazine) and other guests.
14. June, Maschinenhaus (Kulturbrauerei): PARATAXE World Literature Salon with the Indonesian poets Dorothea Rosa Herliany (Java) and Samar Gantang (Bali).
23. & 24. June, Literaturhaus Basel/CH: Afroberlin goes Basel at Image Afrique Festival with Henri-Michel Yéré (Ivory Coast/Basel), Steve Mekoudja (Cameroon/Berlin), Fistan Mwanza Mohomodou Houssouba (Mali/Basel), Jùmọké Bọlanle Adéyanju (Nigeria/Berlin), Wilfried N’Sondé (Congo/Bern/Paris/Berlin) und Goitseone Montsho (South Afrika/Berlin) Host: Acèle Nadale (Cameroon/Berlin) and Martin Jankowski (Parataxe/Berlin).
