There was nowhere I could put the glass down.<\/p>\n<p>We left.<\/p>\n<p>\/<\/p>\n<p>Every time my grandfather stopped the car and we tumbled out, before posing for a photograph next to yet another waterfall, he would explain to us how water that is not piped up is a waste of energy.<\/p>\n<p>At night I always slept with the lights on.<\/p>\n<p>\/<\/p>\n<p>On the way through the desert, jammed into an old Volvo station wagon, we saw mechanical arms inject liquid into boreholes, creating cracks in deep rock formations for gass to flow more freely.<\/p>\n<p>Once the gass is released there is no way to push it back into the Earth\u2019s crust.<\/p>\n<p>\/<\/p>\n<p>It is not true that if one places a frog in a pot of water and turn the burner on, the frog will sit still, without jumping out of the pot, while the water slowly starts boiling.<\/p>\n<p>This summer all the stores were sold out of fans.<\/p>\n<p>\/<\/p>\n<p>Some night ago I dreamt I was holding eggs in my hands.
