Donna Stonecipher is the author of five books of poetry: “The Reservoir” (winner of the Contemporary Poetry Series competition, 2002), “Souvenir de Constantinople” (2007), “The Cosmopolitan” (winner of the American National Poetry Series, 2007), “Model City” (2015), and “Transaction Histories” (2018). Her poems have been published in many journals, including The Paris Review, New American Writing and Conjunctions, and have been translated into seven languages. She translates from French and German, and her translation of Friederike Mayröcker’s “études” will be published in 2019. Her recent prose book “Prose Poetry and the City” was released in 2017. She lives in Berlin.
