Meike Schlüter, born in 1971 in Bielefeld, is a German actress. Schlüter gathered her first stage experience in the 1996/97 season at the Badisches Staatstheater, Karlsruhe, and then until 2000 at the theatres of the state capital Kiel. Further performances included the Altonaer Theater in Hamburg and the Sophiensaele in Berlin. During this time acted in the two feature films “Einer meiner ältesten Freunde” (1994) and “Nach Fünf im Urwald” (1995). In 2004 she took on the role of the night nurse in the award-winning comedy “Aus der Tiefe des Raumes – …mitten ins Netz!. In addition to voice-work for various radio stations and numerous readings, she has worked as an editor for the publishing house Matthes & Seitz Berlin since 2008.
