Phạm Kỳ Đăng

Phạm Kỳ Đăng (Phạm Quốc Bảo), born 1959, is a poet, essayist and translator. In 1990 he participated in the publication of the German-Vietnamese magazine for culture and social sciences Đối Thoại (Dialog). Đăng has published poems and essays in various Vietnamese magazines including Talawas, Văn Việt, Dân luận, Bauxite Việtnam. He has translated poetry by Rainer Maria-Rilke, Heinrich Heine, Georg Trakl and Hermann Hesse, among others. He has published the poetry volumes “Requiem für einen Dichter”, “Traumatischer Gesang” and “Jedermannsweg”.
