He studied French language and literature in Aleppo, and social work at the ASH, Berlin. His poems have been published in Kurdish and Arabic and have been translated into other languages. In 2018 he was Scholarship holder of the programme for authors of non-German literature by the Senate Department for Culture and Europe in Berlin.
