Yedam Ann is an artist working across installation, performance, video, and text. Her practice examines the structural interrelationships between space, infrastructure, technology, and forms of vulnerability through the lens of digital diaspora.Language functions in her work as an operative system that regulates belonging, exclusion, and social conduct. She investigates how language mediates power structures within intimate and public life. In her multilingual writing, languages destabilize and inhabit one another, dissolving authority and hierarchy. Poetry, performance, and spatial installation unfold as parallel structures through which fear, hesitation, and collective anxiety are staged.
