The non-profit Association (founded in 2012) “alba. read Latin-America – Association for cultural exchange\u201c aims to make Latin-American literature accessible to a wider audience in Germany in order to increase intercultural communication processes and understanding and to enhance mutual tolerance and diverse exchange. These objectives are propagated through the regular staging of several\u00a0literary events and, more importantly, through the bilingual, biannual alba magazine.
